After we received your order from supplier(for Pre-Order)/reservation(for In-Stock Collections), we will contact you by email/SMS and provide you with a confirmation for the full payment including shipping cost. Once payment is received from you, we will immediately arrange and send out your order.

Shipping Method

- Normal Postage Delivery
(We will not be responsible for items lost/damage during postage. It is recommended for you to use registered postage in order to ensure that the items are safely delivered)

- Registered Mail (additional charge 2.24 from Normal Postage by SingPost
For Singpost deliveries, as we cannot determine the transit time for packages sent through Singpost, so we estimate the earliest time the package delivered would be 2 working days after payment acknowledged.

For weekdays (Monday-Friday), we can meet up at these MRT:

For Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays, we can meet up at these MRT:
- Commonwealth MRT
No delivery charge for the above locations!

If you want to meet up at other MRT outside above locations, there will be delivery charge SGD$4.00
We do NOT provide Door-to-Door delivery.

Please arrange the meet up time and date with us at least 2 days before.
